Android often restricts notifications that come from apps that don't have permission to bypass battery and data saving mechanisms. We are working with Google to overcome this, but in the meantime we'd appreciate you following the following steps to turn off Battery Optimisation and Data Saving for Cradle.

  5. Scroll down to find Cradle, click on Cradle and then select Don't Optimize
  6. Then go back to the main Settings menu and click on Apps
  7. Scroll down and find Cradle, and click on it
  8. Click on Notifications, and turn on Treat as priority
