Overview

Integrating Cradle with your HubSpot data gives you tools to improve sales performance, give your customers a better experience, and make sure your time is being spent on the right activities. 

Once integrated with HubSpot, your team will be able to dial your company contacts directly from Cradle desktop. 

Once finished, the call will automatically be logged into HubSpot, keeping your contact records up to date and giving you the ability to see when you've last been in touch with your customers. 

Reporting on your team's activity and understanding whether you've kept in touch with your customers also gets easier, as you now have one consolidated view of when and how you last spoke to a customer or prospect. 

You can filter your contacts by the last contacted date, and pull in those customers that you haven't contacted in more than a certain period of time.

Things to look out for

Limitations

  • We look at contacts (not company) details, so we recommend making sure your contacts have the correct phone and mobile phone numbers, as well as the Company Name added (as we don't pull the name of the associated company - it's confusing I know) 
  • If you don't already, we would suggest creating a HubSpot workflow to add company phone numbers and company name to your contacts if the field is currently empty
