How do I look up a call last week? Or see how well my team are performing on the phones?
The call summary page can help you answer all of these questions.
Filter the view with the filters up the top, or alternatively click on the pie chart (to narrow the calls down to a particular type) or the time bar chart to select a particular time period. You can bookmark your search once you've got it exactly how you want it, to monitor a particular trend.
- You can't select a role at the same time as an outbound call - outbound calls don't have a role!
- You can expand each inbound call by clicking on that row in the table. Once you've done this, you'll see more details of each call.
- To download a call recording, first, play the recording, and then right-click on the play button to download the file.
