How do I look up a call last week?
The call log page can help you.
We are busy refining the call log page, bear with us while we make improvements 😊
Filter the view with the filters up the top to narrow the calls to a particular date, person, group, or call outcome.
Notes:
- You can't select a group at the same time as an outbound call - outbound calls are not made by a group!
- You can expand each call by clicking on that arrow in the table. Once you've done this, you'll see more details of each call. Note, you can't expand team calls.
- Choose custom for 'when' to search by a specific date.
- Play call recordings or voicemails from the Call Log screen
