Change default outbound number

Want the number displayed when you make a call to be different?

Team members can display any one of three of the numbers in your account as their outbound number when making calls. This is the number customers see when receiving a call from that team member.  

The outbound number displayed to your customer will be prioritised by the destination country (and region / state for NZ and Australia), then in the order listed. 

For example, if you have an Australian number as Outbound number 1, a New Zealand number as Outbound number 2, and a UK number as Outbound number 3, when calling any of these countries the respective number will be used. If calling a country that is not one of these countries, the Outbound number 1 will be used.

To setup the team members outbound number:

  1. Login to and click on Users
  2. Click on the team member 
  3. Select numbers for outbound number 1, 2, and 3 (if you have multiple numbers).
