- Accounting: If you're an accounting firm, version 3.5.0 might just get you a little bit excited! We have released integrations with both Xero Practice Manager and FYI, and these are now available in beta. You can now click to access your client data in either of these platforms.
- Speed! We are always on the hunt for ways to speed up our app, and this version comes with a host of speed improvements to make your day go faster.
- Locale settings: Sick of seeing the date in some foreign format? Or struggling to know whether 1700 is when you'll be at work? Cradle now pulls the locale settings from your computer and shows you dates and times in the format your computer has set as its default.
- Security: We've been working hard to ensure that you're not an easy target for any security issues, so we always recommend staying on the latest version of Cradle.
Bug Fixes
- Audio device stability: This has been a tricky one, but we've been determined to fix it! Some computers (to prevent websites from fingerprinting them and therefore tracking users) change the internal identifier for your audio devices regularly. This makes it hard for us to know which headset to use, giving you that pesky orange banner. This shouldn't happen anymore (let us know if it does!)
- Logging in issues: If you ever find the app just sitting there at the login screen, we have built a little login retry to prevent computers that don't have internet when they first start from ending up logged out of Cradle.
