This integration is currently in closed beta, so you will need to request access from both Cradle and FYI to have this turned on. Submit a support ticket to Cradle and a separate support ticket to FYI.
Setting up Cradle to work with FYI is very simple. Follow the following steps to get FYI set up to work with Cradle.
- Log into the Cradle admin website, and click on Settings -> Integrations on the left hand menu
- Use the link in the FYI area to head over the FYI integrations page, and create a new secret for Cradle:
- Copy the secret (before clicking Done), return to the Cradle admin site, and paste the secret into the box labelled FYI Access Secret.
- Return to the FYI tab you have open, click done, and then copy the Access Key ID. Return to Cradle, and paste the value into the FYI Access ID box.
- Click Connect to FYI.
You're all done! Cradle and FYI are now connected.
What do you see?
All FYI Clients and Contacts will be available in Cradle, and you can search for people using their name, company name etc. If a call comes in, you'll see FYI contact information on the Cradle in-call screen, and you can click on the client's name to see their details directly in FYI.
