Confused about the call log on Cradle Desktop? This will help!
The call log is the centre of your everyday life in Cradle. As a user, there is quite a lot of info bundled into the call log.
What does it all mean? The Basics- Each line is a conversation, whether you were part of it (you spoke) or not (you missed the call).
- The icon colour is the type of contact: yellow/orange is a teammate, a purple person is one of your contacts, a purple building is one of your companies/clients and grey is an unknown phone number
- You can click on the purple phone icon to call the number again.
- The number is listed under contacts, and the region is listed under numbers for NZ and AU.
- Click anywhere other than on the purple phone icon to expand the call record.
