Can I connect two Xero companies to Cradle?

At the moment we only integrate with one Xero company at a time. 

How do I open Xero when I'm in a call?

Once you have answered a call, click on the caller's name to launch Xero directly to that customer (Cradle desktop app only) 

Can I see call information in Xero?

Yes! At the bottom of each contact page in Xero is the Notes and History section. Each phone call you have with a contact in Xero will be logged down here, so you can keep an eye on when you last spoke to them. 

How long will it take my contacts to go from Xero to Cradle?

When you first connect Cradle to Xero, you will need to manually sync your contacts to the desktop app by going to Settings ⚙> Sync Contacts.
After the first sync your contacts will sync every 24 hours or every time your start the Cradle app, whichever happens first. 

How do I disconnect Cradle from Xero?

To disconnect, visit the integrations page in Cradle and click Disconnect. More information is available on our help site, including step by step instructions. 

If I disconnect Xero do you delete Xero contacts from Cradle?

Yes. 

Are there any limitations I should be aware of?

Yes, here are the limitations at this point:

  • We look at contacts details first, and if there are no contacts, we add a contact using the company name. We recommend that you add a contact to your companies in Xero. 
  • If you have the same phone number/contact in more than one integrated system (Xero, HubSpot, Office365 or G Suite), you will see the contact multiple times in search results. Currently, we match them in alphabetical order. 
  • If you want to edit a contact that you can see in Cradle, you have to visit Xerodirectly and edit the contact there. You can't add or edit Xero contacts in Cradle.
