Fair Use Policy

Cradle's Fair Use Policy is broken into two parts.

Fair Use of Calling Minutes

The first part refers to the maximum number and duration of calls made in one month and referenced against the average calling profiles of other customers and estimated customer use of this service. If call volumes (number and duration) materially exceed estimated usage patterns over any month, then your use will be deemed excessive and/or unreasonable. If you breach this policy we may ask you to moderate your usage or agree to new pricing. If you fail to do so, we reserve the right, without further notice, to remove access to the service in question.

The upper limit of fair usage is deemed to be 500 minutes of combined inbound and outbound calling, per user per month, with a maximum of 200 of those minutes being calls made to mobile numbers in New Zealand and Australia.

Fair Storage of Contacts

The second part refers to the number of contacts housed in Cradle's database and used for contact matching during calls. We deem that 500 contacts per paying user is a fair number of contacts. Each contact or company contact in HubSpot and each contact in Xero is counted as a contact.
