How can I update my billing information?

Adding or changing your credit card and billing address information.

Billing and account changes are currently made in our old website. 

In order to use Cradle you must add a credit card to your account. This will let you buy a number and get started on making/receiving calls! Your address is also required for compliance reasons in most countries.

  1. Login to our website
  2. Click on the Billing to add a billing address, and credit card.
  3. To add an address (if required) click on Settings and then Account

You can come back to this page at anytime to update your address or credit card details.
